As primary UK supplier to Penguin for monochrome book production, Clays was asked to implement a POD solution for high street customers. Clays and Penguin worked closely to achieve a successful and on-time implementation, supported by fully interfaced IT for efficient order administration and customer service.
Clays brings to the POD offering its reputation for customer service, providing Penguin a fully tailored and branded operation to ensure a high quality and reliable shopping experience for customers. We handle all pre-press requirements and individual orders are automatically fed from Penguin into Clays’ existing scheduling systems. From there, orders are continually reported and tracked through to on-time production and fulfilment, via Royal Mail or chosen parcel carrier service.
