Improve engagement for existing window communications with the aim to drive footfall into store and increase overall sales.
In 5 stores, a series of 40” LCD portrait screens were placed in windows while freestanding screens were positioned at front of store. Content strategy displayed a range of promotional, brand and spend mechanics.
Epos data was evaluated and measured against 30 control stores while customers were interviewed to assess behavioural change.
Significant increase in number of shoppers noticing digital screens in comparison to static POS. Trial stores achieved an average total store turnover increase of +4% above the control group and +2.9% increase in transactions.
Qualitative research demonstrated that the screens enticed 2% more customers to enter the store than a static window display.
