For Levi Strauss Europe the Spring 2010 theme was checked shirts which were linked to jeans instore as inspirational outfits. In order to promote the product the standard Levi Store windows were given over to checked shirt displays with the flagship and premium windows having larger displays supplemented with extra props.
The basis of a standard window was a simple graphic sticker, a “curtain” of checked fabric and a couple of steel bars to hang product from with S hooks. The premium windows had cable reels stenciled with “check me out” added to the display.
All materials produced and sourced by SP and delivered to 300 standard stores / 55 flagship and premium stores in a four week period. Displaying the checked shirts as the clear hero product provided Levi’s with a 46% sales uplift during the four week promotional period.
