There are two core areas in which St Ives helps their clients that of Social Media Intelligence and Social Media Marketing.
Firstly Social Intelligence - Both our marketing research and data driven marketing services business have as part of their tool sets social media monitoring tools, which can be used to help clients understand how their clients are buying and interacting through the vast range of social media and social data available. This then informs the product, brand or marketing strategy which we co-create with the client.
Secondly, our marketing services business use a range of both Enterprise Marketing Management tools such as IBM Unica, email marketing tools such as EmailVision or Pure360 which all have social media marketing functionality as part of their product set. When we are creating a multi-channel engagement strategy we can therefore help clients extend their campaigning to social channels, such as Facebook and Twitter as well, taking into account the preferences for engagement their customers have.
