Amaze’s initial engagement is to work with Emirates, delivering enterprise architecture consultancy and implementation services across its web platform. The intent is to continue to enhance the organisation’s ability to deliver customer service excellence across its digital platforms, as part of its broader omni-channel strategy.
The remit will also cover dnata.com. dnata, part of The Emirates Group, is one of the largest combined air services providers in the world.
The Emirates win continues to cement Amaze’s reputation as a provider of high value digital services with a specific capability in delivering European and global digital strategy and technology implementation, working with clients including Toyota, Lexus, Unilever and ASICS.
