Rahman has been appointed to spearhead the continued focus on truly understanding individual consumers, enabling brands to drive both acquisition and retention strategies.
Having started his career at HMRC as a tax officer in 2004, he had spells at Lloyds, and Buy as You View before joining GoCompare as a corporate modelling manager in October 2012. He was promoted to insight manager for marketing six months later, and became head of planning and propositions in February last year.
During this time, Rahman led projects for clients across a variety of categories, delivering consumer and market insights, marketing and media strategies and return on marketing investments.
At Response One, Rahman will develop new data, analytics and digital solutions for clients and prospects.

Sameer delivered both on- and offline communications strategies in his most recent role at GoCompare, where he grew the team to become a central part of the organisation. Additionally, having led econometric modelling across the business, he will be able to use this experience to lend significant weight to our multi-channel media planning proposition.
